How do I wash my Alpaca Blanket?

Handwash

Wash your garment with cold water, to avoid damage, use a mild soap. Wash the garment without rubbing to remove any dirt. If you want to keep the colour and quality of your garment, avoid both the use of the washer and any bleach products. Although you may use the delicate/wool regime of your washing machine.

Drying

To avoid deforming, crumpling, or wrinkling your garment, never kink or squeeze. It’s suggested not to use the clothes dryer, keep from direct sunlight, and dry in the shade to preserve the original colour. Spread on a flat surface and hang it on a hanger in order to preserve its original form.

Ironing

Alpaca wool is a very sensitive fibre and ironing should be avoided. If necessary, use a towel over the garment to iron at a low temperature. It's suggested to use a clothes steamer.

What is your Alpaca wool blend?

Our Alpaca products are made of a blend of natural alpaca and synthetic fibres for a very good reason. 100% Alpaca products would not be machine washable or keep their shape. We want your products to be machine washable and look great after a long time of use. In order for our wonderfully soft and strong Alpaca products to be durable as well as comfortable, our alpaca fibre is blended with acrylic fibres. 

Alpaca products do not shrink in the wash. Through extensive study and experimentation, we have determined our current fibre blend is ideal for Alpaca products. A lot of thought has gone into creating the best alpaca products for you!

In addition, 100% of Alpaca products would shrink, pill, wear through and waste your hard-earned money. Our Alpaca products have created soft, comfy products that will last a long time. We blend our products to ultimately save you money. Alpaca products will make you happy through all seasons!

Orders take 2 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 10 business days.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

• Cash on Delivery is not available.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• For returns, please email hello@nushed.co with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
